The structure is R.C.C framed, designed for Multi Storied residential Apartments.

Structure:

Foundation Basement:

8 feet depth below ground, 2 feet above ground level. Anti-termite and Anti corrasion treatment.

Walls: Fly ash bricks will be used, 12mm thick plastering for all inner and outer walls.

Roof Slabs:

Reinforced cement concrete slabs of 6 thickness. Weathering course 4 thick and roof tiles will be laid.

FINISHES:

Inner painting:

Two coats of putty and two coats of premium emulsions paints.

Bath rooms:

Dadoing will be 7 feet height. Doors-water proof flush door Non slipping ceramic tiles for flooring.

Kitchen:

Kitchen platform-Granite slab, sink made up of stainless steel milanc make two feet of glazed

tiles, modular kitchen, chimney provisions necessary electrical and plumbing connections.

Flooring:

Vertified marbonite slabs pertaining to the rate specified.

WOOD WORK

Front Door: Seasoned teak wood.

Internal Doors: Fully panelled, Finishing with polish hard wood/Readymade doors.

Windows: Teak Wood.

Grills: Mild Steel square rods will be used.

Hardware:

Front Door-brass furniture fitting, for other doors& windoes-powder coated furniture fitting.

SANITARY FITTINGS

Sanitary ware of neycer or Johnson fedder make will be used, One Indian closet/European closet

and One wash basin will be provided. Provisions for geycers and solar water heaters. Mixer taps,

overhead showers etc.

WATER SUPPLY

10000 litres of sintex or infra tank.

COMPOUND WALLS

Masonary walls of 4 feet height. Pavement with Industrial tiles around Built up area.
